  • The Environmental Health Coordination Program in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene has a new home on the web that includes a brand new form for occupational/environmental disease reporting! Our new home address is:  http://dhmh.md.gov/eh  See the section on "Reporting for Health Care Professionals" or "Report an Illness from Pesticides, Occupational Illnesses, or other Environmental Health Conditions."

The Environmental Health Coordination Program will be working in the future to revise and expand its capacity for occupational/environmental disease reporting. We are particularly interested in working with the environmental/occupational medicine community to expand occupational and environmental disease and injury reporting. We will also be working to improve outreach to the medical community concerning Maryland's state response to occupational and environmental disease surveillance.

Please feel free to send comments, questions, and suggestions to me as we revise and improve the new site. You can reach me directly at the email below, or send comments to EnvHealth@dhmh.state.md.us. I look forward to working with you all.
