Our continuing education program

Designed to meet the needs of our members and the larger local occupational health community, we offer educational programs in a wide range of topics, from practical clinical refreshers addressing changes in regulations to cutting-edge seminars addressing emerging disease and emergency preparedness roles. Our seminars are open to other members of the occupational health community, which fosters cooperation, collaboration, and networking, as well as furthering knowledge.

We meet for a 3-hour educational seminar, on Saturday mornings, followed by a business meeting with lunch, twice a year, in the Spring and the Fall.  We also sponsor and help plan the annual Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference in Occupational Medicine (MARCOM), which will next be held on Saturday, October 13, in Baltimore.
